From Unkempt to Sparkling: The Story of How Grout Cleaning Transformed This Upper West Side Home's Tile Floor

These homeowners, a nice couple from Upper West Side, New York, realized that their home's entrance floor was becoming dirtier and dirtier with time. When the day of the evaluation arrived, our grout cleaning team checked the floor in question; it was an old tile floor, and it was dirty, but the main problem was the grout, which had accumulated a huge amount of dirt over time. We also told them to never use acid- or ammonia-based cleaners, because this could affect the grout's color, cause etching, and dull polished surfaces.
